A small team of seasoned entrepreneurs, chasing one ritual.
We've spent years traveling, and along the way, fell for the ritual of a proper Italian soda — cold, bright, a little bit ceremonial.
Nowhere in the U.S. had brought that experience to the places people actually gather to relax: beach clubs, clubhouses, music venues. So we built it.
